Jeff Kaplan has confirmed that heroes never die because Overwatch 2 is has managed to overcome the year-long leaks. Unveiling massive changes without leaving their fans behind, you can thank the stars for that. After the entire year’s speculation, BlizzCon 2019 has all the Overwatch 2 release news, rumours, modes, and trailers. with every game having a sequel you can be assured changes in many things. But, Overwatch 2 has managed to crack that balance. With extended modes, added modes, more heroes, revamped old heroes, a redefining the PvE content. Meaning, away with the PvP (Player vs Player) and join with your friends to fight the AI-backed Monster.

The Basics of Overwatch 2
I won’t be spending much time in introducing this massively popular game. This hero shooter game has gained a cult following like none other. So, here are the basics.
- This is a sequel to Blizzards Team-Based Shooter
- The release date is to be confirmed
- You can play Overwatch on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series, PS4, New Gen Consoles, and probably PC
So, When is Overwatch 2 Releasing?
Honestly, even Jeff Kaplan doesn’t know. As we quote him from the Blizzcon 2019; ” I don’t know. I have no idea. Like, just let us make it great, that’s what we care about more than anything. We don’t have a date in mind.”
So, we have that to look forward to. Even though we can confirm that Overwatch 2 release news is going to make its rounds in the tech pages. We will definitely keep you informed.

What’s New in Overwatch 2?
To be specific about this question, let us just say you will be seeing a merge between Overwatch 1 and 2. In terms of its fans. With 4 new heroes in the making, you are assured to see how the day is saved again.
The PvE Change
This is set to be the biggest change in Overwatch 2. The focus is more on the PvE mode where you can team up with four players and play against villains like the Null Sector faction. You are also set to experience an overhaul on all the graphics and visuals for both Overwatch 1 and Overwatch 2.
You will be getting better graphics and heroes looking totally awesome in both versions of Overwatch. That cartoon feeling from Overwatch 1 is going to be wiped out with amazing adult graphics in Overwatch 2, and this is extended to Overwatch 1 too.
However, you should note that the PvE mode is only extended to Overwatch 2.
The New Push Map

Overwatch 2 has brought you a new PUSH map, where two teams can push through a robot. The team that pushes to the other’s territory most wins. This lets you experiment with different hero compositions too.
New Heroes
In the BlizzCon 2019, we got introduced to Sojourn. She is a damage focused hero who happens to be Canadian. I know the irony is on multiple folds and yet the avatar is super cool to see with her gun first armor. We figure that mobility may be her thing, judging from her super jump in the trailer. You will also see a lot of Echo, the flying robot form Overwatch 1. But, Overwatch 2 doesn’t exactly reveal how far will they be playing the parts of heroes.

Also, among the other modes that Jeff Kaplan is talking about you will be surprised to see that Lucio’s hair now glows!

Now, that we basically are in the dark for Overwatch’s new sequel apart from some amazing titbits time to actually check out the trailer!
So, Overwatch 2 had two distinctive trailers that tell us a lot about what to expect in terms of graphics, revamped heroes, new heroes, and the PvE gaming mode. So, among all the Overwatch 2 release news, rumors, modes, and trailers, it is the anticipation of the hero focused shooting that we really want to see!
